License and Usage Rights

All commissions as well as items purchased on my online stores are granted a commercial content license. You're allowed to use the items you bought in monetized content such as streaming, videos, shorts, etc. with no extra cost.

With an extra fee, a full commercial license can be granted. It will be necessary if you plan on directly selling the items you have commissioned, or use them as part of your physical goods.

Intellectual Property

You own the final result of commissioned assets and widgets. You're free to modify these assets however you see fit. However you're not allowed to publish or resell the modified versions of those assets. Modifying these assets does not restrict your rights granted by the commercial content license.

Assets bought from any of my shops are licensed to you. You're not allowed to modify the code, reuse the code in your own projects, publish, or resell, modified or unmodified versions of them without obtaining explicit permission. You're allowed to modify widget settings and CSS styling for your personal use within the widget.

I retain the right to reuse code and graphical elements used within the purchased assets in other projects. I retain the right to publish and display the work on my website and social media platforms. However, I am happy to delay publication if you request it.

Delivery Time

The delivery time of the project will depend on its size. I will deliver the project as quickly as possible, typically within 2 weeks of the first payment for smaller orders. For larger orders, a deadline must be agreed upon.

Refund Policy

A full refund can be issued prior to the project being started. It will no longer be available once initial project previews have been sent out. You may however be eligible for a partial refund on any portion of the project that hasn't been started yet.

You will not receive the results of items for which you issued a refund.

If for any reason I need to cease work on your project, a refund will be issued accordingly to the above policy.

Communication

All communication will take place through Twitter. For larger projects, we may use Discord DMs.

Payment

Payments are handled entirely and exclusively by Stripe. I do not store any data related to your payment method. For orders above $200 you have the option to make a 100% upfront payment or split it into 50% upfront and 50% prior to delivery.

Revisions

Small changes (adjusting positions, text sizes, small color adjustments, etc.) are free of charge and are limited to 5 revisions. Larger changes may incur an additional fee depending on the workload required to achieve the desired effect. If you request a complete change of direction or make a change after an extended period of time, a revision fee will be unavoidable.

Service Availability

The multistream service is provided "as-is" without guarantees of uptime or reliability. I am not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or failures that may occur during your streams or events.

Platform Compliance

You agree to comply with the Terms of Service of all connected platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube, etc.). You are solely responsible for maintaining valid accounts and credentials on these platforms. I am not responsible for platform bans, suspensions, or restrictions resulting from your use.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any API keys or tokens used to connect your platform accounts. Do not share your login information with unauthorized users.

Service Modifications

I reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the multistream service at any time. I will attempt to provide notice of significant changes when possible.

Limitation of Liability

I am not liable for:

• Lost revenue or earnings due to service downtime
• Data loss or corruption
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues caused by connected platform failures or changes

My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the access to the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for harassment, spam, illegal activity, or violation of any platform's Terms of Service. Misuse may result in immediate service termination without refund.

1. Information We Collect

• Session data and cookies - used for basic website functionality and maintaining your login state

Commission Forms

• Commission form details - all details entered in a commission form, including attached images and files
• Billing Information - when filling out a commission form, the billing information required for invoicing is confidential and shared solely between site administrators, my accountant, and any legal institutions necessary for the proper operation of a business in Poland.

Multistream dashboard

• Email address - used for account login and two-factor authentication (2FA)
• Order number - required to check if you have a license to use Multistream

Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We do not collect any other personal data beyond what is necessary to provide our service.

2. Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, we process your data based on:

• Contractual necessity - your email and session data are required to provide access to our platform
• Legal obligation - we may retain data as required by applicable law

3. How We Use Your Information

Your email address is used solely for:

• Account authentication and login
• Sending 2FA security codes
• Service-related communications

Session data and cookies are used to:

• Maintain your login state
• Provide core website functionality
• Ensure a secure browsing experience

4. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

5. What We Don't Do

• We do not use analytics tools to track your activity
• We do not display advertisements
• We do not use remarketing services
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not use cookies for tracking or profiling

6. Data Retention

Commission form billing information, commission form details (including attached images and files), email address, and session data are stored only as long as necessary to provide our service. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Users who were given a commission form when commissioning us directly will receive a local copy of the online form alongside their delivered files. The online form will then be deleted after the commissioning process has concluded.

7. Access to the Platform

Access to our multistream platform is restricted to users who have purchased or commissioned applicable widgets from authorized platforms (including Etsy and VGen) or directly from us.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

• Access - request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification - correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure - request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Restrict processing - limit how we use your data

• Object - oppose certain processing activities
