Delivery Time
The delivery time of the project will depend on its size. I will deliver the project as quickly as possible, typically within 2 weeks of starting the design phase.
Publishing
I retain the right to publish and display the work on my Twitter, Behance, and website. However, I am happy to delay publication if you request it.
Refund Policy
A full refund can be issued prior to the project being started. It will no longer be available once initial project previews have been sent out. You may however be eligible for a partial refund on any portion of the project that hasn't been started yet.
Communication
All communication will take place through Twitter. For larger projects, we may use Discord DMs.
Payment
Payments are facilitated exclusively through Stripe. For orders above $200 you have the option to make a 100% upfront payment or split it into 50% upfront and 50% prior to delivery.
Deadlines
Agreement on deadlines must be reached before the commencement of any work.
Revisions
Small changes are free of charge. However, larger changes may incur an additional fee. If you request a complete change of direction or make a change after an extended period of time, a revision fee will be unavoidable.
Redistribution
Unauthorized redistribution or resale of the purchased assets is strictly prohibited without explicit permission.
Billing Information
The billing information required for invoicing is confidential and shared solely between site administrators, my accountant, and any legal institutions necessary for the proper operation of a business in Poland.
